Victoria Ward set up Sparknow with Claudine Arnold and Neil Nokes in November 1997, following a career in the City and a degree in modern languages and art at Cambridge University (1981). Sparknow does extensive consulting and action research in the public and private sector, in the realm of information management, knowledge management and communications, paying particular attention to the role of dialogue, story, community and space in catalysing sustainable organisational change. Involved in the design and delivery of most projects, Victoria pays particular attention to the development of narrative approaches, to the discovery of the potential of physical workspaces and to creating environments, processes and skills that help communities to blossom. Victoria is an Honorary Research Fellow at CASS Business School and is currently studying towards becoming a qualified Group Analyst. Features Written by Victoria Ward
