Susan Carter is an author and small business consultant, specializing in marketing and business operations for over ten years. Her years of working with franchise companies led her to author, How To Make Your Business Run Without You, which outlines the simple, systems-dependent business development method used by successful franchise companies. One thing that makes this systems-dependent formula so great is that it does not belong solely to the franchise community, says Carter. The method can easily be applied to any business. Today, her book is shaping the way business owners think about operations development and organization.

Carter is owner of Nasus Publishing and plans to continue writing and publishing for small business owners, presenting problem-solving material in a clear, concise format. This no-nonsense approach applies to both her publishing company and consulting practice.
