Alan Cooper

Alan Cooper is a Strategic Business Analyst at Managing Change, a consultancy that specialises in market led feasibility studies, business development, business process improvement, and research.

Research projects include:

  • identifying ethical pricing tactics and practices, especially in the area of dynamic and personalised pricing.
  • identifying opportunities for exploiting the new interactive mediums for the design and delivery of personalised products and services.

With business development and process improvement, Alan is currently helping local government and the health service improve their delivery processes. This is often in support of new e-delivery channels or new regulations.

Alan is founder of the Henley Management College Alumni eBusiness Group. This networking and learning group has an open membership.
